Musical Boxes by Stauffer of Geneva
By Matthew Caulfield

"The Musical Box: A Guide For Collectors," by Arthur W.J.G. Ord-Hume,
has this to say about Stauffer on p. 302:

"Stauffer: Geneva, Switzerland. Maker of or agent for good-quality
musical boxes. Name usually found stamped on flat of winding-lever.
Appears to have been in business around 1878."

Short and sweet.

Matthew Caulfield,
Irondequoit, New York
