Seek Transcription of Aeolian 46-note Organ Rolls

Can anyone reading MMD transcribe Aeolian 46-note organ rolls
for me and produce a MIDI file?  I can get these rolls re-cut for
the people waiting for them but I need to have a 46-note MIDI file.
I can send a sample roll for a test scan if you need one.
