"Gorilla" Glue
By Bill Chapman

Gorilla Glue now has its much cheaper generic equivalent at Lowe's
hardware store. I have not tried it. One caution with this type of
glue is that it tends to clog up the spout and requires driving
a needle down it to clear it. So buy the smallest bottle you thing
you would use.

A 1" tubing connector with a 1/2" Tee came apart when the solder
failed. With these two curved surfaces needing repair, and impossible
to resolder neatly, I tried Gorilla Glue. It worked very well and is
very solid. It did require cleanup with a Q-tip to remove the bubbles.

Similarly, I used it where a rubber gasket needed re-attaching to the
clothes washer. It has held for a year and still going. One fellow
said it tends to creep, but I haven't experienced that yet.
