FS: Aeolian 88-note Push-up Player (Vorsetzer)
By Adam G. Ramet

Hi there, I am selling my 88-note push-up Aeolian Themodist Metrostyle
Pianola. It is a rare 88-note only version, i.e., not the more common
earlier 65/88 model. There are fewer than 30 full-scale Aeolian
push-ups known anywhere worldwide, to my knowledge.

This one is unusually in an all-original black ebonized case with an
art-nouveau styled proper genuine sloping pianola bench to sit on, also
in matching black. This makes it the ideal color for using to give
professional concerts. The case style is the one with four columns on
the front and the scrolled top.

The push-up is in 100% original and totally unrestored condition. It
was made in the USA and was sold in Europe. I acquired it from Germany
where it sat in dry storage for decades. It is believed the instrument
was used for giving concerts and recitals in the early part of the 20th
century.

The reason I am selling it is simple: we've just had a new baby
daughter and my spare time for projects such as push-up rebuilds just
vanished to minus nil. Rather than letting the player sit in storage
for a few years until I get around to it, I want to see it going to a
new home, get rebuilt and going back making wonderful music once again.

The logistics are as follows: it is currently in easy-access
ground-floor storage in the Brighton, East Sussex, area of England.
Shipping/collection by easy arrangement. I am happy to discuss your
international shipping options if you are outside of the UK. Don't
dither and then call me in 3 months time -- it's got to go a.s.a.p.
and I want to sell it quickly and straightforward to the best offer.

If you want to be the proud new owner of one of these rare beasts
_act now!_ Best offer secures. Call me anytime on +44 (0) 1273 463148
[GMT+1] or email to discuss.

Sincerely,
Adam Ramet
