Seek Regina Style 1 Photo

Can anyone lead me to a photo of a Regina No. 1 Musical Automaton
(15-1/2" upright coin-op) with the glass door?  This is on page 187
of Bowers' Encyclopedia.  I need to replicate a missing door, top
gallery and name plaque.
