Duo-Art System Identification
By Andy Hood

Dear MMD folk, Can anyone enlighten me as to an easy way of telling
whether an upright (pedal only) Steck Duo-Art is a 1/2 or a full
one? I read that a few full Duo-Art pedal uprights were made.

Is there something distinctive I can look for when I collect my eBay
purchase to verify what it actually is? It is an American-made Steck
rather than the usual one which was made in Hayes, Middlesex. Is it
possible to make a 1/2 Duo-Art into a full Duo-Art?

I just rescued three player actions and one piano action today. If
anyone needs a Cecelian player stack then let me know.

Regards
Andy Hood (in Northeast Scotland)
