Building an Electronic Band Organ
By Vic Searle

Dear MMD'ers,

I want to thank the scads of people who have requested my book, which
has been out of print for 20 years. To date I've sent out 28 PDFs.

I am amazed and thrilled that so many people are still interested in
the book. Although the electronics are obsolete, several members are
using MIDI sound modules running from the pneumatic stack described in
the book. Now I am revising the book, scrapping the electronics and
trying to find a way to squeeze pipes in.

I'm still searching for Doyle Lane's Wurlitzer pipe scale book, and my
offer still stands: a scan of Doyle's book in exchange for mine.

I owned a copy of the pipe scale book before I had to spend 2 1/2 years
in rehab from an accident, during which time every thing in my workshop
was carted to a landfill. Hope to hear from someone soon so I can get
to work.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
