"A" Roll A-742
By Matthew Caulfield

Dave, Among the pile of lists that I have, I find this listing for
a roll 742:

1. Sesqui-Centennial Exposition March
2. We're Loyal To You, Illinois
3. The Line-Up
4. Notre Dame Victory March
5. March Of The Sharpshooters
6. University Of Dayton March
7. Yankee Tars
8. Fire Patrol
9. John Ericsson Memorial March

No tune 10. Maybe they are your tunes 2-10. If this is the right list
for your roll, you may be able to recognize "Yankee Tars" from one of
the many other rolls at Knoebels. And, if "March Of The Sharpshooters"
is, as I think it is, Eilenberg's "Sharpshooters' March (March Of The
Bersaglière)," you should recognize that from Wurlitzer 165 roll 6529,
which Knoebels surely has. (If the park doesn't have that "must have"
roll, it should buy one of Pete Zorlenzan's extra copies!)
