I am also a victim of the current scam with News Documentary
Corporation.  Like many of my fellow subscribers on this newsgroup,
I have contacted the company several times and have yet to receive
a response.

PayPal initially refused to do anything to resolve this issue because
I reported it after the 45-day limitation.  Today, I talked with
a PayPal representative in their Dispute Resolution Department.
His name was Jay and he advised me to contact any other buyers who
had ordered and not received the DVD.

He strongly encourages all of us to register our dispute with PayPal
even though the 45-day time limit may have passed.  He said that if
PayPal receives enough complaints about News Documentary Corporation
that they will intervene and that our payments will be refunded.

Jay also filed a report on this matter with the Fraud Division at
PayPal.  He said that someone from that department would be contacting
me within 48 hours.

Finally, he suggested than anyone who paid for a DVD and has not
received one should go to http://ic3.gov/ and register a complaint.
He said that completing the online form would take about five minutes
and that it was well worth the time and effort.

If I receive any further information, I will pass it on.
