Dummy Organ in Film "Operation Amsterdam"
By Jan Kees de Ruijter

Hello, What Hans van Oost wrote [080314 MMDigest] about the music in
the movie "Operation Amsterdam" is almost right, but what you really
see is a dummy organ of the '5 Beelden' -- nothing to do with the
original, but specially built for the movie at Pinewood Studios in
London. I think they did a marvelous job on that. You can see a photo
of it on http://www.jamd.com/image/g/3136167

The music was also recorded on a record of "the Cello" during that
time, and can now be heard on the 64-key Bursens organ 'Carillon' from
Weymouth, England, presented by Shane Seagrave and Robert Harris.
