AMICA Convention 2008 Table Favor

I purchased one of the table "favors" that Frank and Shirley Nix spoke
of in yesterdays MMDigest.  It is one of the best "favors" I have seen
in many years.  I have purchased most of the AMICA "favors" over the
years and this is the best one yet.
