45-Note Crank Organ Scales

Hello MMD!  Does someone know if the scale of Alan Pell's 45-note
organ is the same as used by Bacigalupo, Hofbauer and Niemuth?
(See the Alan Pell tracker bar layout at http://www.alanpell.com/ )

Furthermore, are the music rolls compatible?  The German manufacturers
use 190 mm paper, and the spools used by Hofbauer and Niemuth have
a outer-hexagonal end while Bacigalupo's has a dog clutch.
