A New Day for QRS Music Rolls
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, While I don't have all of the information yet, I do know
that the existing stock of QRS music rolls will be sent to Seneca,
Pennsylvania. Also, I've been given to believe that roll production
will be done at the Story & Clark facility in Seneca. As I get new
information, hopefully later today, I'll pass it along.

In closing, it's my opinion -- and it's just an opinion -- that QRS is
consolidating to save money. First, it's much more expensive to run
the roll production from Buffalo than from Seneca. Also, there's the
fact that the building in Buffalo is old and the land is probably
fairly valuable.

Everything in Seneca is less expensive. The only draw back I can
see is its location. But UPS and USPS can certainly handle all of the
shipping needs and, economically speaking, it would be a huge boost for
that area. If my hunches are correct, I see the transition to Seneca
as a win-win for QRS.

By the way, I'm still selling $200 to $500 worth of QRS rolls everyday.
Also, to the best of my knowledge, QRS has storage facilities for rolls
in Naples, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada. (I think they might also
have storage -- and sales -- in Australia.)

Musically,
John A Tuttle
