Seek Player System for 1920s Schaffer Player

I have a customer with a 1920s Schaffer player piano with nothing
of the player left in it. The customer would like to restore it.
So am looking for an entire unit to remove from an old piano,
rebuild or restore it then install it in my customer's piano.
