Reducing Turbine Suction Pump Noise

Noise canceling technology is nice but it's far from adequate
for quieting a turbine vacuum pump.  The problem I can see is that
you're talking about a lot of bouncing waves being broadcast in
multi-directions.  I believe you'd make more noise than cancel.
