Seek American Coin-Op Music Catalogs & Adverts
By Dave Bowers

In connection with some ongoing research we would be very interested
in borrowing original catalogues or advertising sheets from some of
the lesser known American manufacturers of coin-operated pianos and
orchestrions as well as selected catalogues from some of the leading
firms. These include but are not limited to:

Link (color only), North Tonawanda Musical Instrument Works,
Niagara, Marcola, Fox, Victor Coin, Berry-Wood, Electrova,
Peerless (color), Wurlitzer (color catalogue with PianOrchestras),
Seeburg (color catalogue with image of Style J with capitol-dome
art glass; color sheet on the style C "Xylophonian," any catalogues
on later 1920s piano-organs or similar),
Mills (color), Welte (Concert and Cottage orchestrions, Brisgovia,
Friburgia, etc.), Symphony (Covington, KY, and Cincinnati),
  and others.

"On location" photographs of coin pianos and orchestrions circa
  1900 to 1930.

Separately, Dave Bowers would like to acquire a used copy of the
Welte-Mignon piano book by Smith & Howe; condition not important.

E-mails to either Dave Bowers or Art Reblitz will be answered; or send
to both of us (addresses are below).

Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
