Seek Coin Slide for Violano Wall Box

I am restoring a Mills Violano wall box and parts of the coin slide
mechanism are missing.  The metal slide that you put the coin into
and push in is missing, as well as the little finger that drops into
the hole and stops the slide if there is no coin present.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find these pieces
or perhaps even the whole coin slide mechanism?  Thanks.
