Hello Robbie,  Thank you for publishing the report concerning the
33-note music box on the MMD web site.  I just would like to add that
the enhanced quality of the 33-note mechanism with respect to the
20-note music box is due to the presence of the dampers under the
blades on the former.  The dampers don't exist on the 20-note
mechanism.

As to the price indicated, it includes the French VAT of 19.6 percent.
The export price for the USA is therefore reduced by this amount.

The MP3 recording of the box has been made with a microphone that
didn't well register the bass notes.  The real sound is fuller than
that on the recording.
