Rebuilding Simplex Player Action
By Mark Kraabel

I have started to rebuild a Waltham player piano with a Simplex
player action and will attempt to post progress at
http://home.comcast.net/~mtkraabel/PlayerPiano/index.html

My immediate question is regarding the valves in the bellows
assembly that actuate the piano hammers. As I take the bellows
apart, I am finding some of the wooden valve discs are cracked.

Is there a source for replacements or will I have to make my own?
