Rebuilding M. Schulz Co. Player Piano Stack

Michael,  I think what you are referring to is the dreaded pouch
pneumatics inside the stack of the Schulz.  There are very good
pictures of the stack and instructions in the book by Art Reblitz.
I've rebuilt two of them and after I did it I was told by Dick Carty
that the best way to recover those pneumatics is to cover them with
zephyr skin and use shellac to stick it to the wood.  They are so
small that it requires deftness and a lot of patience -- sort of like
handling a woman!  There are no pouches in the stack.
