Variable Speed A.C. Motor Controller
By Marvin Horovitz

I believe the A.C. motor on the roll transport does not have brushes.
A router controller will operate with brush type motor. The motor type
on the transport has no ID. If you know what type motor that was used,
it would help.

Changing the pulley and belt would not solve my problem, since it
appears that the tempo on some rolls runs fast, while others run OK.
It would not be easy to put on a D.C. motor. I am using a multi-speed
pulley on the motor now, but it does not slow it down enough.
