PPCo Roll Frame Motor Speed is Unstable

If you are going to replace the pot, the diodes will be equally easy
and will be very inexpensive.  Just be sure to observe the polarity
of each!  On one end there should be a circular band printed on it.
That is the cathode, the other end is the anode.  Install the new
diodes with the band oriented in the same direction.
