Mechanical Music in the Houston Area?
By Tony Austin

My son, Neil Austin, who is in Houston as Lighting Designer for the
Houston Opera's forthcoming production of "Madame Butterfly," has
discovered he may have some unexpected free time while he is there. I
wonder whether MMDers might be able to suggest any mechanical music
collections or similar delights in the area?

Tony Austin (from the UK)

[ When I think of Houston and mechanical music, several names come to
[ mind (Bies, Boehck, Tonnesen, Howe, Kern). It will be interesting
[ to see how other MMDers respond.
