Artists of the Mastertouch Piano Roll Co.

Many years ago I saved some information from the Mastertouch web site
about the various pianists that had recorded for that company (myself
included!).  I'm glad I saved it as I just realised that with the
demise of Mastertouch, that information would otherwise have been lost.
I've put it into a PDF file which I hope might be found useful.  It is
