QRS Roll "Tea For Two"

Concerning the search for the J. Lawrence Cook roll "Tea for Two," I
have him playing that tune for QRS, but on Recordo Roll M-610680
(1924).  The extra holes in the margins for Recordo do not affect the
playing on a regular 88-note piano.
