Brand "Fishing Pole" Tracking Mechanism

My Moeller Artiste Pipe Organ Player has a Brand "fishing pole"
tracker.  It works beautifully.  The fingers at the edges of the paper
barely press against the edges of the roll and they swivel out of the
way during rewind.   A plate on the transmission says:

(hole for shaft)
