Seek Ivory Keytops for Steinway XR Player Grand

Does anyone have a box of old ivory keytops and some tails from
a Steinway grand?  These are a bit larger than those found on most
pianos.  I need a couple of dozen for a Steinway XR that is being
restored for fun by my cousin.
