Pin-end Spindle for 65-note Piano Roll
By Matthew Caulfield

Deane Wiley's request in yesterday's MMD for a pin-end spindle for
a 65-note roll made me look again at a bunch of old rolls by the
Perforated Music Roll Co., New York, that I have sitting on a shelf.
If nobody has any use for these 65-note rolls, Deane could have one
of the spindles for his use.

The rolls are C-643 (Bach's Fugue in G-minor), D-21 (Emil Waldteufel's
Estudiantina Waltz), P-562 (Schubert's Marche militaire), and P-971
(Leschetizky's La babillarde etude, op. 41, no. 3).
