Instruments at Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm
By Mikey Mills

Well, according to multiple accounts, and a recording, Disneyland's
Welte Style 4 Concert Orchestrion sounds absolutely great! The
Nelson-Wiggen sounds nice too, from what I hear. But I hear nothing
on the machines at Knott's Berry Farm anymore, even though they once
had dozens. I know Disneyland has the following instruments but from
what I hear they have more:

1. Welte Style 4 Concert Orchestrion (sounds great)
2. Mystery 'Gavioli' 65-key band organ (doesn't play)
3. Nelson-Wiggen 6X (sounds nice)
4. Coinola C2 (doesn't play)

Knott's for sure has a calliope and a mystery orchestrion in the
Birdcage Theatre, but do they have anything else still, or was it
all sold?
