Player Piano Technician Training Classes
By Larry Norman

Hi all, Mike Walter was asking about schools that might teach about
player piano restoration. Several years ago I was interested in
attending the well-known "North Bennet Street School" in Boston,
Massachusetts, with a fine reputation for furniture refinishing and
founded in 1885.

They offer two nine-month courses on piano refinishing and rebuilding,
and I think they would also at some point cover player pianos,
particularly if a student was interested. You can visit their web
site on piano rebuilding at
http://www.nbss.edu/education/programs/piano-technology/index.aspx

Musically,
Larry Norman - Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful this time of the year!
