Value of Stella 9" Disc Musical Box

I'm looking at a Stella music box that plays 9" discs.  It would be our
first player to buy.  If everything is fine about it, what do you think
a fair price is?  I cannot find this small 9" disc player on eBay for
comparison.

What should I pay for a 9" Stella disc?  On discs that have corrosion
or rust, is there a restoration recommended?  In other words, should
one have the discs nickel plated or something?  Thanks in advance.
