Dear George,  Reuge stopped making 28-note movements many years ago.
The only place you are likely to find a replacement "John Peel" Reuge
28-note movement will be in another "John Peel" jug, tankard or
pitcher.  (There are several currently listed on eBay.)

Alternately, if the cylinder and comb on your existing mechanism are
intact (though rusty), there is a good probability that we can restore
or re-build that mechanism for you.  Please send me a couple of
close-up photos of the existing mechanism and I'll let you know if
I think it can be restored and what the cost might be.
