Pianola Repeats Chained Note Perforations

Hello MMD,  I have many Powell [Klavier] recuts.  I had to spend
hours re-punching several to make them to play decently.

The problem was that the perforations were small, and the bridges too
wide, causing the notes to jump.  And there are still a few I didn't
re-punch, as can be heard on some of my YouTube postings.
