Sealing Leather Pouches
By Nicholas Simons

I am getting a bit concerned about the ongoing discussion thread
about sealing pneumatic pouches in player stacks. There can only be
two options:

1. If your action is able to work with unsealed pouches, i.e., it is
not a reproducing piano likely to use very low suction levels, rebuild
with the best tan pneumatic leather you can buy from your regular
supplier.

2. If your action requires a fully sealed pouch for any reason, buy
either maroon or tan sealed leather from Columbia Organ Leathers,
product codes CML and CTL.

It's as simple as that.
