Unknown Table Top Cabinet for Musical Movement

Hi, Jim.  I don't think it was made for a clock.  It looks like it
was built as a jewelry box, as opposed to the "casket" style, which
would also suit a musical box.

My grandmother, who had many items of Victorian furniture and
accessories, had a box that was built in much the same style, except
that it had a solid door on the front instead of glass.  The musical
box movement could either have been a replacement, or just added, if
non were present originally.

The clock should have been inside of a glass "tube", like modern
400-day clocks.
