Seek Nickel Plating Vendor for Music Box Parts

I am looking for a good and reliable nickel plating vendor that can
plate steel and brass parts from a music box.  I am located in the
San Francisco Bay area of California, but due to the EPA regulations
the price in California for plating has gone sky high.  Perhaps other
states might be less expensive.
