Player Piano Drawer Hits the Knees
By Peter Vander Veld

Years ago many player pianos became separated from their original
benches when one or the other was discarded. When interest in players
was rekindled in the 1960's the instruments were often paired with
whatever bench was available. Knees often paid the price.

The way I handled the situation was to use a lower bench. Until that
time perhaps use a chair with a more comfortable height.
