Seek Regina Logo Art for Music Disc Label

I have had my own 15-1/2" Regina music box disc made by HensTooth
Discs, and I am now wanting to produce a label for it using the
same logo and style of the original discs.  Does anyone know where
I can find information about the Regina logo?  I have noticed that
it is different on a few of the discs I have seem on Google images.
Any help much appreciated.
