Taylor-Aeolian Carillon Music Roll Player System

Readers may be interested to know that there is a Taylor-Aeolian
Carillon Player System still in regular use in the Church of
All Hallows-by-The-Tower in the City of London.  The roll player unit
is electrically coupled to the playing machine in the bell tower.

The church has a collection of 20 or so original rolls, featuring
arrangements of English folk music, marches, etc. but these are rarely
played.  Instead, the carillon plays 'change ringing' on Sundays from
rolls re-cut by The Southport Roll Company as the original rolls were
worn out through constant use.
