Old and New QRS "Darktown Strutters' Ball"
By Tony Marsico

I just wanted to say I loved this [old] rendition of "Darktown" when
I heard it on Johnny Maddox's LP, "Greatest Piano Rolls, Album 1".
You might like it a lot better if it was played twice as fast.

This is the version that "hums" the melody with the octave reiterating
notes. It has to be faster, though, than in the link you sent. Notch
that Tempo up at least 20 points or more.

If you absolutely can't stand the roll, sell it to me! Reasonably,
of course; I can't afford much since I had to retire.

Thanks,
Tony Marsico
