Unknown Brass Tool

Regarding John's reply concerning the brass tool.  Several responders
were correct (including at least one RPT, Ferd Pointer).  The tool is,
indeed, a voicing tool for upright hammers.  The set screws for holding
the needles are missing and that is why the holes look large -- they
are the holes for the set screws, not the needles which are inserted
perpendicular to the holes.  I have seen one of these tools.
