Ampico A Grand Plays Very Slowly

Ampico A roll motor regulators often use a celluloid facing on the
tempo regulator valve.  These crack and curl, causing tempo regulation
problems.  John at Player-Care was producing new ones.  It's not a
major project to fix it, either!

That electric glue pot and warmer from Lee Valley looks like a pretty
good unit.  I have also used mini-crock pots as small glue pots; very
inexpensive, too.
