Seek Spray Treatment for Brittle Piano Rolls

I am trying to repair an 88-note roll, "Hong Kong", and the last 40
percent of the roll is brittle and difficult to make good.  Is there a
liquid product with fairly quick drying time that can be sprayed on the
paper without causing stiffness and that has the flexibility required?
