Mechanical Music in the Movies
By Dave Vincent

I need some memory assistance here: I believe there was a Western
Electric coin piano in one of the Laurel & Hardy features. I think it
may have been "Way Out West," but I wasn't able to see the whole movie
on YouTube to verify.

The piano didn't have much time on-screen, but I seem to recall it
being played. It was one of the small ones, piano only, with a narrow
panel of art glass at the top. Do any of the readers recall this one?
