Laurel and Hardy Player Piano
By Luke Myers

I was browsing the Craigslist site for "player piano" when up came
this: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/msg/5682529292.html

The ad says, "We have a 1923 Straube upright piano that is in slightly
less than serviceable condition, yet all ivory keys are present. The
player mechanism was professionally removed long ago. It also has some
Hollywood provenance as being the piano used in some shots of The Music
Box with Laurel & Hardy."

I'm guessing this is the real-life player piano at the very beginning
of the "Music Box" when the wife buys it for her husband, Professor
Theodore von Schwarzenhoffen.
