FS: 1918 Steinway Duo-Art Upright in California
By Eliyahu Shahar

Offered for sale is a rare Steinway upright player piano. The piano
is in rough shape, however, and needs a full restoration. I started
to restore the player piano but I acquired a Steinway grand instead.
The action stack pneumatics are about 2/3 done. The piano action is
sluggish and needs a full restoration.

The piano has the very desirable "steamboat" pump, Duo-Art expression
system and the Temponamic knob. The original ivory key tops were
damaged and have been removed. They are now bare wood and need to be
replaced. Pictures are available upon request. The piano is located
in Santa Maria, California, on the first floor. The owner is asking
a modest $500 or best offer to sell.
