FS: Set of Gulbransen Instruction Rolls

I no longer have my Gulbransen player piano and I have four Gulbransen
Instruction Rolls from 1923 that I would like to pass on to someone;
they are "Fourth Edition, Martin Method":

  Proper Use of Accenting Levers
  Proper Use of the Tempo Lever
  Proper Use of Pedals
  Proper Use of the Sustaining Lever

I will take best offer for my four rolls plus postage to wherever.
