Seek "Pianoflage" by Roy Bargy

Might anyone have a copy of Play-Rite 174-A, "Pianoflage," by Roy Bargy
they would like to sell?  Also, there is a Top Hat recut listed on eBay;
does anyone know if this recut has expression holes?
