The members of the Lady Liberty Chapter of AMICA are actively seeking
ways to invite the youth to our meetings, develop educational programs,
involve the youth in the decision making process of our activities,
etc.  Two of our teenage members are involved with mechanical music.
One of them has a growing collection that fascinates and astounds the
rest of us in the chapter.

AMICA has also added a student membership section to our organization.
For only $25 any student can become a member of AMICA and will receive
all announcements, etc. via the Internet, including the AMICA Bulletin.

Very soon "What is AMICA?" cards will be available from either Glenn
Thomas or myself in any quantity for free.  They are 3-3/4 inches wide
and 8 inches tall.  They need to be in every place that has a brochure
rack.  People also need to carry them in their cars.  We gave some out
recently when someone asked me, "What is AMICA?"  I quickly went to our
car came back with some cards and replied, "I am glad you asked that
question."  I handed him a card and he was able to find his question
answered immediately and positively.
