I have no idea how you'd program one of these movements, but the ones
that already have tunes on them are inexpensive.  Check eBay, or if you
don't mind waiting for shipment from China, you could have a look at
Ali Express:

These are hand-cranked movements and six different tunes are available.
They cost $1.62 each, which might include shipping, and there are lots
of other choices.

I've bought lots of stuff from Ali Express and have found them to be
exceedingly reliable.  They charge an extra fee for the use of PayPal,
but your credit card number is safe with them.
